What we collect
Account identifiers supplied through secure sign-in; the private profile you choose to complete; Human Map answers; activity choices, reflections and city-level Pulse signals; forms, partner applications and stories you submit; and limited technical logs needed for security and reliability.
Why we use it
To operate My BeLeaves, personalise discovery, maintain your activity history, show thresholded city-level interest, respond to applications, review stories privately, protect the service and understand whether the Alpha genuinely helps people move.
What stays private
There is no public people directory. Pulse shows only thresholded aggregate patterns, never who voted. Personal contact details are never shared automatically. Stories are not published without a separate confirmation. Companies do not receive individual private profiles, reflections or sensitive personal activity.
Legal basis and choices
We process information to provide the service you request, with your consent where the form asks for it, and for limited legitimate interests such as security and service improvement. You can withdraw optional consent or ask us to access, correct or delete your information.
Storage and providers
Data may be processed by trusted infrastructure, authentication, email and AI providers that help operate BeLeaves. We limit access and use reasonable safeguards. During the Alpha, information is retained only as long as needed to run, evaluate and secure the service or meet legal obligations.
Cookies and visitor analytics
Essential storage keeps the service and your privacy choices working. If you actively allow analytics, Apollo Technologies may process device, browsing and network information on selected public acquisition pages to help us understand which organisations discover BeLeaves and evaluate our outreach. The Apollo tracker is not loaded before consent and is excluded from private account, discovery and administration pages. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences.
AI and wellbeing
AI suggestions are discovery support, not medical, psychological, legal or emergency advice. Avoid entering highly sensitive information. You remain in control of what you try, and should seek qualified help when appropriate.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or export your personal data. Contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.
